Do I need an account to make a purchase?
Yes. You need to create a free account to buy products, access downloads, and manage licenses. Signing up only takes a minute and we don't share your information with third parties for marketing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. Additional methods may be available depending on your region.
How many times can I download my purchase?
There’s no limit. You can download your files as many times as you need from your account. Keep your login details safe—your order history and downloads are tied to your account.
How do I change my email or password?
Log in and go to Account or Profile. You can update your email (we may send a verification link) and change your password there. For a forgotten password, use Forgot Password? on the login page.
What is your refund policy?
We consider refund requests within the window stated on the product page (often 14–30 days). Valid reasons include technical issues, duplicate charges, or not receiving the product. Refunds aren’t offered for change of mind after download. Open a support ticket with your order number and reason to request a refund.
How do I contact support?
Log in and create a support ticket from the Support or Help section. Choose the right subject, describe your issue, and include your order number if relevant. We aim to reply within 24–48 hours on business days. You can also use the contact form on our website for general inquiries.

Can I try a product before buying?
Many products include a live demo link on their page. You can explore the demo to see features and design. We don’t offer full trial downloads, but you can request a refund if the product doesn’t work as described (see our refund policy).
When will I get my invoice?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase, which includes order details. You can also download a PDF invoice from your account under My Orders → select the order → Download Invoice.
Do I get free updates?
It depends on the product and your license. Many items include 6 or 12 months of updates and support; you can extend this. Check the product page and your license details for the exact terms. Updates are usually available in your account or via the product’s update mechanism.
How long does a refund take?
Once your refund is approved, we process it within 5–10 business days. The money will be returned to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to show the refund.
I have a pre-sale question. Who do I ask?
Use our Contact form or open a support ticket and select "Pre-sale question." Describe what you need (e.g. compatibility, features) and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
When do I get my invoice?
You receive an order confirmation by email. Download a PDF invoice from My Orders.
